Under which circumstances may I return a product?
All products and one-of-a-kind pieces can only be returned in new condition and in their original, unopened packaging, upon request and instructions via email.
Products cannot be returned if they are incomplete, damaged, soiled, or if they have been worn.
I would like to return a product. What should I do ?
- Request a return by writing email@example.com. Let us know the reason for the return.
- Prepare the item(s) being exchanged, in its/their original inner and outer packaging.
When your request has been authorized, the return is organized by buyer, and can only be approved by sending a validated tracking number with insurance for international parcels.
What is the time limit for returning a product ?
The time limit is 7 business days, counting from the delivery date.
Must I use a particular shipper when returning products?

How long does a refund take?
Once your return package has been received and validated, the refund will be processed on the same day. You will receive an email confirming the refund.
Why was my return refused?
Noted that all the above terms were respected, your return may be refused for two reasons:
- It was received after the 7-day return period.
- It was received in unacceptable condition: products must be returned in pristine condition and in their original packaging. Products may not be returned if they are incomplete, damaged, soiled, or if they have been worn or opened.
Our vendors and our website operate independently, products must be returned to the same entity from which they were bought.
